The drive motor of PGF hi-speed knitting machine is applied with the technique of frequency conversion, which allows the stepless speed control even during the operation, for example: while the feeding breaks (finishes), the machine is automatically stopped; while the auto feeding device is used for knitting core fabirc, for both thick or thin core material within the limit, the delivery is uniform; the machine is also stopped automatically while core breaking(finishing) to avoid degrated product. And the braided fabric that is made with PGF hi-speed knitting machine is of higher qualify and more reliable.
PGF hi-speed knitting machine is capable to knit curtain belt, shoe belt, cummerbund of the shapes of column, pipe, and flat, and pipe-shape jacket, and so on.
Various kinds of material are adoptable for PGF hi-speed knitting machine, such as cotton yarn, chemical fibre yarn, silk, soft metal wire, and so on.
PGF hi-speed knitting machine is of the close structure, convenient for operation, highly automatic, quick for adjustment, reliable for operation, of lower noise, of higher efficiency, of better quality and so on.
Before starting the machine, shall check the following items:
1 whether the power pressure is correct;
2 whether the earth device is reliable;
3 whether the motor steering is correct;
4 clean up the table, and other obstructions that affect the operation of the machine;
5 whether the machine oil is qualified (oil model, oil volume);
Once the above items are checked and passed, follow up the below procedures to start the machine:
1 connect the power (power 2 phase 380v)
2 move the switch of electrical box to the point of "ON"(the power supply indicator is on, which means it is powered);
3 press the start button;
4 turn the rotating-setup button clockwise
5 refer to the manual of frequency conversion machine to operation the machine.

If the yarn breaks(finishes) while the machine is working, the breaking indicator is on. Check every yarn cop. If the yarn is broken, pull the end of that yarn towards the finished knitting, and then press the startup button; if the yarn cop is empty, take off that one, and replace it and thread the yarn and pull the end of yarn towards the finished knitting, and then press the startup button. If the core is broken, check the core under the machine body, and pull the end of the core towards the finished one, and then press the button to knit.
To change the speed of the top left gear on the center column can obtain different speed of bound, and different sheer-shape cross points of each length in mm (or named as product density, item no.)

Note: While the frequency of motor is not 60HZ, the speed of bound is that the value in the above table times the real work frequency/60, and the sheer-shape cross point is not changed.

For the machine that is being employed, must lubricate its lead, spline ingot groove, and the lubrication volume can not spill over, and it is best to lubricate it just avoiding dry-running. Must add oil on the concave ring of spline shaft, at least two times per eight hours, several drops per time.
The oil that is primarily used on the spline gear box must be replaced completely after one month, and then, is to be supplemented according to oil scale quantity. During the production, decide whether to exchange lubrication (the lubrication used on the machine is 32#) according to the oil status. Shall clean up the float on any parts frequently (do not do it while the machine is running).
VIII,  Precautions for Installation and Assembly & Unassembled
Installation: must put the machine on the rigid ground, and must keep it in level after while installing the rear table board.
Hanging Installation: if this machine is moved after dis-packaged, whether for forklift or crane, the point of strength shall always be set on the lower crosspiece under the holder of the quadrate pipe machine, must not on the table board of the knitting machine.

I. General Introduction
The high-speed braiding machine uses a kind of special and novel design. Four 16-spindle braiding machines are integrated into one unity. By using the VFD-A type alternating current motor driver that is produced through combining the computer control technology, the centralized frequency-change and stepless speed regulation can be realized. The machine is provided with many kinds of automatic protective functions such as: automatic stop while the line breaks, over torque, over voltage, under voltage, overheating, over load and so on. The machine also has various outstanding advantages, for example: high rotate speed, high production efficiency, small floor area, low noise, long service life and easy operation as well as energy saving. It is the upgrading and new generation product of traditional disc braiding machine.

III. Service Conditions

IV. Installation
   4.1The equipment fixture base are not required for the installation of this machine. Only place the machine on the solid and even concrete ground and keep level without vibration.
   4.2 Configuration of Power Supply
4.2.1 According to the customer demand, the Company may supply high speed braiding machines that are applied to two kinds of voltage levels: 220V, 50HZ and 380V, 50HZ. The user shall connect lines correctly according to the relevant voltage level of purchased equipment. Be sure no wrong connection so as to avoid that the machine cannot operate normally or any damage happens.
4.2.2 When user disposes the power supply of high speed braiding machine, please specially care whether there is a reliable ground line in the electricity grid (SV220VAC380V)system (i.e. Whether there is reliable grounding for socket grounded stage of power supply AC220V or AV380V). If not, an additional protective ground line for the machine should be made. Its base resistance shall not be over 4Ω. And then merge it into the grounded stage of power socket (SV220V or AC380V) or inducted to the grounding end of the machine directly.
4.2.3 The power line connection of the machine is already done for users. The grounded stage of power supply plug is rightly connected with grounding end of the machine. The user just needs to insert the power supply plug into the power supply socket that is prepared according to relevant voltage level to connect the current.
4.3 In the case of not connecting the current, open the door of electrical control box with the provided key to check whether electric elements in electrical control box are damaged or loosening. If the connecting line is loosening, relevant measures should be done in time. 
5.1 No-load Test
5.1.1 Switch on the power supply of electrical control box
5.1.2 Turn on the switch of power supply inside the electrical control box. If the indicating lamp of power supply on the control panel and relevant indicating lamp on digital operator panel of frequency changer illuminate, it is indicated that everything is right and no-load test can be operated.
5.1.3 Turn the speed-regulating potentiometer of frequency setting knob on the electrical control box panel back to the scale 50(anti-clockwise rotation). Instantaneously press the button to make the machine to rotate instantaneously and watch whether it is rotating clockwise or not. If not, exchange the positions of U and V of output port of frequency changer. Watch and ensure that the all running is flexible and smooth to ensure no obstacles and abnormal clash. If something wrong happens, relevant reasons should be found in order to solve the problem.
5.1.4 Press the startup button on control panel, then gradually raise the controlling pressure of alternating motor driver (i.e. slowly rotate the potentiometer knob clockwise); at the same time, watch and ensure that the speeds of motor and rotation board are increasing gradually and that the running is normal.
5.1.5 Press the stop button on control panel and watch whether the motor is synchronized with the instruction. If not, the reason shall be found in order to eliminate the fault.
5.2 Load Test
5.2.1 After no-load test is finished, the load test can be operated. Place the braiding spindle into the desktop guide. Equip the braiding spindle with the necessary specified quill with the required color yarn according to the fancy yarns that will be weaved and get everything ready.
5.2.2 Switch the speed-regulating potentiometer knob on the electrical control box panel back to the scale 0, instantaneously push the button to turn on motor and make it rotate. Watch that the running of quill has obstacle or clash. If something wrong happens, the reason shall be found in order to eliminate the fault.
5.2.3 Push the startup button and turn the speed-regulating potentiometer knob. Make the motor to keep running for a while(5~10min)in the speed of 1000r/min. If everything is right, cut off one yarn by manual. If the motor is turned off at once, it is proved that automatic stop protective device is sensitive. So, the machine test is finished completely. The machine can be put into the normal production.
VI. Particular Notices
In order to ensure the securities of people and equipment and obtain the best service result, we would like to particularly remind all of users that following cases should be paid more attentions while installing this machine.
 6.1 The workshop with the installation of this machine should have good ground wire with ground resistance of less than 4                         
 6.2 This machine should be grounded independently; it shall not be jointly grounded with high electric-current machines, such as electric welding machine and high-power electric motor. The sectional area of ground line should be equal or more than 4mm2.
6.3 Before this machine is left from the manufacturing factory, for 108 parameters of frequency changer, following 18 parameters (see table 1) need to reset according to requirements of the machine technical performance, and the other 130 parameters are all kept as what they are set at manufacturing factory. If there is no special demand, customers please do not randomly change frequency changer parameters any more.

6.4 When frequency changer outputting, in output side main circuit, alternating current contacting spot is not allowed providing and breaking power supply.                                                                                 
6.5 When the temperature in workshop surpasses 40ºC, forced air cooling measure should be adopted to electrical control box.                              
6.6 When over torque or other faults happen, before the reason is clear and faults are solved, frequency changer cannot be started again in order to avoid bringing damage to the machine. The method of restarting frequency changer is: 1. Firstly press the RESET button on frequency changer digital operator panel and then press the stop button on main controlling electrical box operation panel and finally press the startup button; 2.  Switch off the power supply in main controlling electrical box and switch on again, and then press the startup button.                                       
6.7 When the switch of power supply in electrical control box is turned off and before indicating lamp on frequency changer digital operator panel goes out, any part of circuit inside electrical control box cannot be touched or any assembly and disassembly and wiring cannot be done.
  6.8 After braiding spindle is installed in the quill, reverse turning is not allowed any more in this machine.
6.9 Max. working rotate speed of this machine is designed as 350r/min, but actually economical rotate speed is around 300r/min. Before this machine leaves manufacturing factory, its max. working rotate speed is set to be limited within economical rotate speed scope. Customers please do not randomly change corresponding parameters any more to increase the speed. In this way, machine accident can be avoided.
6.10 This machine cannot run long time (less than 30min) at low speed of less than 100r/min, otherwise electric motor will be damaged due to overheating.
6.11 It is unfavorable for this machine to be started and stopped at low or high rotate speed (when the machine is started, if rotate speed is too low, starting torque is low and this machine is difficult to be started up; but if rotate speed is too high, starting current is too high and frequency changer is easily overloaded. When the machine is stopped, if rotate speed is too high, frequency changer is easily to be over voltage. When the machine is started up, please firstly turn the knob of speed-regulating potentiometer on electrical control box operation panel to the scale 50 (about 100r/min) and then press the startup button. When the machine is stopped, please turn the knob of speed-regulating potentiometer back to the scale 50 and then press the stop button.
6.12 Pressure-proof test of spare parts inside frequency changer is forbidden.
6.13 The key of electrical control box of this machine is kept by its operator. And non-operator cannot operate main controlling electrical box.
6.14 The electric part of this machine should be maintained and repaired by qualified and professional electrical technicians.
